We recommend planning at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead for a half-day team building, and 2 to 3 months for a full seminar with accommodation. For urgent requests, we are able to organise an event in less than 3 weeks depending on the availability of our local partners. For tight deadlines, please call us directly at +33 4 88 99 00 11.

You receive an immediate confirmation, then one of our project managers calls you back within one business day to qualify your needs. Within 5 business days at most, we send you a tailored proposal including a detailed programme, suggested venues, a costed quote and budget alternatives. No commitment required on your end.

Yes, systematically. An Oleis project manager is present on-site throughout your event to coordinate suppliers, handle unforeseen issues and ensure the programme runs smoothly. For events with more than 50 participants or spanning several days, a dedicated team supports you from briefing to debrief.

We offer dedicated formats (Eco-lympics, CSR workshops, selection of local suppliers and short supply chains) and our ISO 20121 certification attests to our sustainable event methodology. We can also support you in calculating the carbon footprint of your event if you wish to include it in your annual CSR reporting.
